  • We audit your current social presence, your top 3 competitors, and your audience data. You get a written report covering platform mix, content gaps, posting cadence, paid ad performance, and competitive benchmarks. From that we build a 6-month social roadmap with content pillars, platform priorities, and a paid spend recommendation.

  • Profile optimisation across all platforms, content templates and brand asset library, audience research and lookalike setup, Meta Pixel and Conversions API installation if not already in place, and the first batch of 'always-on' content scheduled. By end of Month 2 your social foundation is ready to scale

  • We start producing your full content calendar. Static posts, carousels, short-form video, reels, and platform-specific content all get planned, shot or designed, scheduled, and published. Paid ads launch alongside organic content to amplify what is working. Most clients see meaningful follower and engagement growth from this point.

  • By month five your content engine is humming. We shift focus to influencer and creator partnerships, user-generated content campaigns, and platform-specific paid scaling (e.g. Meta Advantage+ Shopping, TikTok Spark Ads). Every PaperCutCollective social media package is fully managed and PSG Grant eligible. Prices below are before the grant. With PSG approval, eligible Singapore SMEs pay up to 50% less.
